Refund policy

We get it — sometimes a vibe doesn’t hit like you thought it would. No worries. We’re here to make it right.

⏳ Return Window:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return item(s). Returns must be unworn, unused, and in new condition. Any items that don’t meet this standard will be rejected and returned to you — at your expense.

💳 Refund Method:

All approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a PreemStylez digital gift card. Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

📦 Packaging Reminder:

Please package each order separately. If you combine multiple orders in a single return package, it may cause delays. Non-eligible items sent back will not be credited.
